Returns and Cancellation Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

We are proud of our long-standing reputation for quality and value. However, we can only replace or credit lingerie or hosiery items if they are defective. Due to the intimate nature of these products, we cannot exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, returns will be accepted where:

• The item was purchased from legavenueaustralia.com.au within the past 15 days.

• The item is unopened, unused and undamaged and in the original saleable condition. 

• The item is not a specially discounted or sale item. 

If these requirements are not satisfied Leg Avenue Australia reserves the right to not provide a refund. 

Return must be postage paid by the purchaser. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. 

Upon receipt of your qualified return, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the item to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 days for processing.
